Most members of the Ceylon Evangelical Lutheran Church are from poor areas, but CELC is able to support Word and Sacrament ministry together with social ministries, thanks to generous donations.
CELC strives to conduct all operations of the Church in a responsible and transparent manner. CELC submits report to donor upon request, and files annual returns and government audit according to statutory requirements.
